Salary: £31,067 - £35,235

An exciting opportunity has arisen in Talk Community for an Early Prevention Officer (Homelessness) to join a project aimed at preventing homelessness at its earliest stages.
Often, individuals seek support from homelessness services during a crisis, limiting available options. This role focuses on working proactively from the start, engaging with the VSCE sector to identify and assist people early, preventing escalation of risk factors and problems. It aims to ensure that appropriate support is provided to individuals and families to avoid the trauma and disruption associated with homelessness.
