You’ll work early mornings and flex across store areas, using Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the shopping experience while staying sharp and collaborative in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication with customers and colleagues

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge on M&S Food
• Utilise Sparks App and in-store devices to assist customers
• Drive sales by recommending products and upselling where appropriate
• Work as part of a high-energy team across store areas and shifts
