Job summary

Kent College in Canterbury is seeking an Early Morning Cleaner to join our team, ensuring a safe and clean environment for learners. You will be responsible for cleanliness and security of classrooms and site, including awareness of policies around children, maintaining supplies, and working with the site team to uphold high standards.

The role offers a 15-hour week (5am–8am) across the full year, with a salary of £10,491 per annum (£27,976 FTE, £13.45 per hour).

Qualifications

• Experience of undertaking general cleaning duties.
• Ability to manage time effectively in order to carry out day-to-day operations and assist with the smooth running of the school.
• Awareness of the relevant legislation and guidance in relation to working around children and young people.
