Job summary

Renfrewshire Council is seeking an enthusiastic Early Learning Support Worker to join the team delivering early learning and childcare. You will assist nursery officers, support lunchtimes, work with individual or groups of children and help organise playrooms.

Applicants should be prepared to undertake the required qualification in early learning and childcare as per SSSC guidelines and may need to register with SSSC if not already registered.

Qualifications

• Must have the SSSC-required qualification in early learning and childcare.
• Experience with children and young people is essential.
• Ability to communicate with children and adults clearly and patiently.
