Job summary

Heather Avenue Infant School, part of The Wensum Trust, seeks an Early Language & Literacy Specialist to drive improvements in children's communication, language and early literacy.

Working with leaders and teachers in Partner Schools, you will strengthen Reception practice through evidence-based approaches and help ensure strong foundations in oral language, vocabulary, comprehension and early writing, while benefiting from dedicated training opportunities within the trust.

Working directly with leaders and teachers in Partner Schools, the role focuses on strengthening Reception practice through evidence-based approaches, ensuring strong foundations in oral language, vocabulary, comprehension, and early writing.
