Job summary

Qualifications

We are seeking an enthusiastic, caring and committed Educational and Pastoral Assistant - a role similar to that of a Teaching Assistant, to join our dedicated team. You will work closely with teachers, support staff, senior leaders and the SENCo to support the inclusion, wellbeing and development of all children.

The successful candidate will:

This role would particularly suit someone who is passionate about supporting children holistically and who understands the importance of relational practice in helping children feel safe, valued and ready to learn.

This is a fixed-term role until 31 August 2027.
