Bassingbourn Primary School is seeking a proactive inclusion team member to deliver universal provision of parenting-skills and targeted family support, helping families access services. You will develop pupils' social, emotional and health development and work preventatively with identified families to support early intervention.

The role aims to raise attendance and punctuality, liaise with external agencies, and maintain safeguarding and confidentiality.

Job Purpose:
To work as part of the inclusion team at Bassingbourn Primary School to deliver universal provision of parenting-skills and focused family support.

To develop the social, emotional and health development of pupils at the school.

To give targeted individual support to families and carers.

To provide advice and signposting to enable families to access universal and targeted services.

To work preventatively with identified families to support early intervention by signposting support and guidance in times of change and stress.

To raise the attendance and punctuality levels of targeted children.

To liaise with external agencies to improve access to statutory and voluntary services.
