Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT) recruits for Band 6 care coordinators in Cambridge as part of its Early Intervention in Psychosis service (CAMEO). Formación

• Evidence of professional registration and qualification within NHS mental health/non-medical clinical field.
• Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience with Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide specialist advice within Early Intervention ethos.
• Assess and plan bespoke care for a designated caseload.
• Ensure safety and wellbeing of service users and their families through family intervention models.
