Job summary

Happy Days Nurseries in Truro is seeking qualified Early Years professionals to join our nursery team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality early education and care, in line with the EYFS framework, while partnering with families to support each child's development.

The Role

As an EarlyYears professional, you'llplay a keyrole in creatinginspiring learningexperiences, championingchildren's developmentand working inpartnership with familiesto provide thevery best startinlife.

You'll work closelywith children, families, colleagues and externalpartners to deliverhigh-quality earlyeducation and carein line with the EYFS framework, while promoting children'swellbeing, safeguardingand inclusion.

This role alsoprovides opportunitiesto develop specialistexpertise in areassuch as SEND,safeguarding, early languagedevelopment, outdoor learning, behaviour and wellbeing, and coaching, trainingandquality improvement.
