Job summary

Academics is partnering with a wide network of secondary schools across Cheshire and Staffordshire to place Early Careers Teachers (ECTs). The role involves delivering engaging lessons, gaining diverse classroom experience and building confidence in behaviour management.

Work is flexible, with day-to-day, short-term and longer-term placements available. A PGCE placement background and QTS/QTLS are ideal, along with an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) required.
• Recent teaching experience through PGCE placements.
• Positive, flexible and enthusiastic approach.
• Confidence managing behaviour and engaging students.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
