Job summary

Simply Education Ltd is seeking an Early Career Teacher (ECT) for Lincoln and surrounding areas. The role involves teaching and inspiring pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, with engaging lessons aligned to the national curriculum.

You will build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents, creating an inclusive, encouraging learning environment. A PGCE/ECT year plan and QTS by September 2026 are expected, with support to develop as a teaching professional.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by September 2026.
• Passion for primary education and pupil development.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Positive, adaptable and enthusiastic attitude.

Responsibilities

• Teach and inspire pupils within EYFS, KS1, or KS2.

Location: Lincoln and surrounding areas
Pay: £120 - £130 per day (depending on Experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term
