As Early Careers Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with and inspiring the next generation of talent.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with schools, universities and industry partners to create opportunities for internships, apprenticeships and graduate placements.

  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of early careers initiatives, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
