Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an Early Careers Recruitment Assistant Manager on a short-term contract to lead end-to-end recruitment for Early Careers programmes. You will own talent pipelines, manage RPO collaboration, and partner with senior stakeholders to ensure diverse, timely hiring across a defined business area.

• Experience in managing high-volume recruitment within Early Careers programs.
• Ability to manage diverse talent pipelines and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire diverse Early Careers talent across student programmes and deliver a leading experience for candidates and stakeholders.
• Manage recruitment delivery for a business area, plan campaigns, oversee RPO directions and onboarding of new joiners.
• Own relationships with senior stakeholders to determine hiring demand and provide regular updates.
• Facilitate work experience events, attend careers fairs, and present to prospective applicants.
• Monitor diversity in pipelines and implement interventions to meet firm targets.
• Execute post-offer engagement to retain top talent and ensure a high-class candidate experience.
• Contribute to cross-functional teamwork beyond the immediate area.
