Job summary

GradBay is seeking a Client Manager to lead early careers recruitment campaigns, overseeing candidate attraction to hire while maintaining excellent client and candidate experience. You will manage client relationships, drive operational delivery, and provide regular progress insights.

You will coordinate end-to-end processes, including screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling, and offer management, while analysing campaign performance and DEI metrics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle in early careers.
• Strong communication with clients and internal teams.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and communicate throughout the recruitment process.
• Lead weekly client calls and report on progress, risks and opportunities.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of recruitment campaigns from launch to hire.
• Manage candidate pipelines and scheduling of interviews and offers.
• Produce regular reports analysing campaign performance and DEI metrics.
