Job Description

The Opportunity

This role provides the opportunity to shape how TTP attracts the next generation of talent. You’ll lead the recruitment process for interns and graduates, from, ensuring an excellent experience for every candidate.

Alongside recruitment, you’ll design and run our internship programme, plan and deliver early careers campaigns, and represent TTP at universities, student societies, schools and careers events. You’ll also build lasting partnerships with external organisations while working closely with colleagues across the business to understand hiring needs and deliver on them.

With scope to bring fresh ideas and drive our early careers strategy, this is a varied and visible role where you’ll ensure TTP continues to attract and nurture exceptional future talent.
