Early Careers Junior Talent Acquisition Consultant

Join to apply for the Early Careers Junior Talent Acquisition Consultant role at Arcadis.

Role Overview

As part of the Early Careers team, the Junior Talent Acquisition Consultant supports recruitment activities for Graduates, Interns, and Placement Students across various sectors. Reporting to the Early Careers Recruitment Manager, you will help identify future talent needs, ensure a positive candidate experience, and work across multiple disciplines including Engineering, Project Management, Consulting, and Environmental Specialisms.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Attract candidates through university postings, LinkedIn, events, and building academic contacts.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing updates and market data.
  3. Manage pipelines for Graduate, Intern, and Placement roles, including screening and updating ATS.
  4. Organize assessment centers, coordinate assessors, and communicate feedback.
  5. Handle offer management and onboarding activities.
  6. Support additional Early Careers initiatives as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience in Early Careers recruitment, ideally in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • Focus on delivering a candidate-centric experience.
  • Willingness to challenge norms and pursue continuous improvement.
  • Driven, empathetic, and stakeholder-focused.
