Job summary

Academics is actively recruiting Primary Early Career Teachers (ECTs) for day-to-day assignments and short- or long-term placements across the local area. Work with a variety of primary schools and build your teaching portfolio while developing flexibility and adaptability.

You will receive CPD opportunities, guidance from your dedicated consultant, and access to a broad client base. Salary will reflect experience and client rates, with safeguarding and DBS checks in line with policy.

Qualifications

• ECTs with QTS or training in progress.
• Strong classroom management and behaviour skills.
• Willing to adapt to different schools and environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day assignments across primary key stages.
• Support short- and long-term placements and build relationships with schools.
• Maintain safeguarding compliance and promote welfare of pupils.

Fresh from your training you will be able to adapt to different working environments and build excellent relationships within our schools. You will have good behaviour management skills and you will be able to adapt your teaching to the needs of the class.
