Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) of Humanities looking to launch your teaching career in a supportive and forward-thinking school?

Our client, a successful and inclusive academy based in Braintree, Essex, is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Humanities ECT to join their team from September 2025. About the Role:

Teaching Humanities subjects (History, Geography, or RE) at KS3 and potentially KS4, depending on specialism

Creating engaging, inclusive, and thought-provoking lessons

Participating in a structured ECT induction programme with strong mentoring support
