About the role

The Guaranteed Pay Scheme (GPS) for Early Career Teachers and Secondary Teachers provides a stable income while working on supply. Our goal is to get you working full days or according to your availability, leveraging our strong relationships with schools. If full employment isn't achievable, you will receive a guaranteed weekly pay as per your GPS contract, which details all terms. This scheme offers valuable experience with financial stability.

Requirements

• Genuine desire to join a committed team of secondary Teachers.
• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and excellent communication skills.
• Passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
• Hold or be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check, registered with the Update Service.
