Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and well-planned lessons during teachers’ PPA time, supporting learning across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of diverse learners, ensuring inclusion and differentiation.

️ Maintain positive behaviour management and create a calm, focused learning environment.

Support pupil progress monitoring and contribute insights to class teachers.

Work collaboratively with teaching teams, SENCOs, and support staff to ensure continuity of learning.

Lead group interventions or whole-class sessions aligned with the school curriculum.

Assist with enrichment activities and support wider school initiatives as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) obtained in 2024 or 2025 – ECTs strongly encouraged to apply!

Enthusiastic about education and committed to developing professionally.

Good knowledge of the primary curriculum and keen to learn and grow.
