If you are currently studying to be a teacher for September 2024, we want to support you in starting your teaching journey.

Agency work has many misconceptions which we want to clarify:

• Supply pay is rubbish! While pay isn't always to scale from day 1, we will negotiate a fair pay rate, and for long-term roles, you will be paid to scale in line with AWR regulations.
• I can't get a proper job from this! We search for short-term, long-term, and permanent roles, so yes, you absolutely can.
• You'll just send me to loads of different places! Supply work can be ad hoc; however, if you prefer long-term work only, you can choose to accept or reject jobs, giving you full control.
• I'll have to travel all over the place! We have schools across the North West, so we can find roles within a suitable travel distance. You can accept or reject jobs based on your preferences.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR SPENCER CLARKE GROUP

• All applications are subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, professional reference checks, and Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), in line with our safeguarding policy.
• Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment, with explanations for any employment gaps.
• You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
• You must be willing to attend a registration interview.

All pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position; there may be an option to make it permanent later.
