Job summary

Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust invites motivated pharmacists to apply for an Early Career Pharmacists Band 6/7 Development post in Crewe. You will rotate through Medicine, Surgery and Women’s & Children’s Divisions, supported by a structured programme and progression criteria.

As the service expands, a funded Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy with non-medical prescribing where appropriate is available, along with diverse rotations including Medicines Information and Aseptic

Qualifications

• Registration with GPhC and a Vocational Masters in Pharmacy.
• Non-Medical Prescribing qualification.
• Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a comprehensive clinical pharmacy service to designated service areas within the trust.
• Provide specialist information and advice to multidisciplinary teams to maximise patient care.
• Support training and development of less experienced team members and contribute to service development and safety.
