Audika Group in the UK is seeking an Ear Care Practitioner to support our Watford, St Albans and Enfield Hearing Centres.

You will perform professional wax removal, conduct hearing screenings, and provide exceptional patient care while helping clients manage ear health. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Three days per week, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, across multiple clinics.

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care and helping people improve their quality of life? We are looking for a friendly, patient-focused Ear Care Practitioner to join our welcoming team at our Watford, St Albans & Enfield Hearing Centres, working 3 days per week, one day in each clinic. The working days will be Monday, Tuesday and wednesday.

Salary: £17,304per annum

What You'll Be Doing

As an Ear Care Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in supporting our patients' hearing and ear health journey by:

• Performing professional wax removal procedures

• Providing outstanding patient care, service, and support
• Assessing clients' needs and recommending the most appropriate ear care solutions
• Promoting ongoing ear health and patient wellbeing
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience in line with Hidden Hearing's high standards
• Maintaining accurate and compliant patient records
• Adhering to all professional, legal, and company policies and procedures
