Job summary

Duke's Aldridge Academy is seeking an EAL Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support learning across the secondary phase. You will work with teachers to deliver high-quality classroom support, including leading lessons when needed, and assist individuals and small groups to boost learning and confidence.

You will adapt resources for diverse needs and help monitor student progress in a positive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• HLTA status (or working towards) required.
• Experience delivering lessons and managing classroom behaviour.
• Patient, enthusiastic and committed to student success.
• Team player with strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Additionally, you'll assist with assessment, provide feedback, and help monitor student progress.
