Salary: up to £25,568.16 depending on experience - plus benefits
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

The Role
We are now looking to recruit a Development Coordinator to join our busy Regeneration and Development Team who deliver a range of regeneration and development projects across North Devon, with planned projects that will deliver 76 new homes by April 2028.You will provide administration support to assist the efficient and effective running of our development projects, including the collation of data and update of internal databases, and for audit by external bodies including Homes England.
