A leading regional law firm in the South West is expanding its Real Estate team and is seeking an ambitious Partner or Senior Associate (8-10 years’ PQE+) to join its thriving Somerset office. Following an exceptional year of growth, the firm is moving into new permanent premises in Somerset and is looking for a client-focused and commercially driven solicitor to contribute to its continued success. As a Real Estate Partner or Senior Associate, you will be involved in a broad range of real estate transactions, including:
You will work closely with colleagues across Dispute Resolution, Property Litigation, Corporate, Employment, Intellectual Property, and Data Protection to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
Qualified solicitor with 8-10 years’ PQE+ in real estate.
Experience in one or more of the following: commercial lettings, property development, rural property.
A strong track record of delivering excellent client service and building long-term relationships.
Ambitious and proactive, with a keen interest in business development and team leadership.
Strong analytical and communication skills, able to work both independently and collaboratively.
