Job description

At Boshhh Group, we’re shaking up the fintech industry with our innovative app, making personal finance more accessible and transparent. Based in the heart of Manchester (Deansgate), we offer a hybrid working setup (4 days in the office, 1 remote), giving you the best of both worlds – a vibrant creative space with built-in flexibility.

We’re looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer with a strong background in B2C marketing and advertising to join our fast-paced team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, moves quickly without sacrificing quality, and understands how to create compelling visuals that drive consumer engagement and sales. You’ll be responsible for bringing marketing campaigns to life across digital and print, with a keen focus on performance, aesthetics, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-impact marketing assets for digital channels including paid ads (Meta, Google etc), email, landing pages, web banners & social media content.
  • Translate marketing objectives into visually engaging creatives that resonate with B2C audiences.
  • Support campaign launches by rapidly developing design assets under tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, content, and performance to align creative with strategy.
  • Adapt and repurpose assets for A/B testing, localization, and multi-platform distribution.
  • Maintain brand integrity while innovating visually across all customer touchpoints.
  • Stay ahead of design and marketing trends, especially within fast-moving consumer industries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3+ years of professional design experience, with a focus on B2C marketing and advertising.
  • Portfolio that showcases strong consumer-facing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma; motion design skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro) are a plus.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-output environment, such as e-commerce, DTC, or agency.
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and conversion-driven design principles.
  • Ability to receive and implement feedback quickly and efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience designing for e-commerce, retail, or high-volume ad accounts.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing concepts (CTR, ROAS, conversions).
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for design handoff or light email/web edits.
  • Experience using project management or workload management tools.
