The Responsibility:

• Represent Rokoas as an ambassador for fitness
• Demonstrate our elevated ways of working consistently
• Drive all revenue lines from membership sales to product and secondary sales, ensuring overall profitability

• Lead by example on reception and the gym floor to enhance every member visit
• Ensure central processes like FUNDAMENTALS, ASCEND & MOVE are followed and delivered to the highest standard
• Promote collective buy-in to national initiatives such as #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
• Recruit, monitor, train, and onboard new team members within your gym
• Complete all operational processes consistently and to high standards
