The Responsibility:

  • Represent Rokoas as an ambassador for fitness
  • Demonstrate our elevated ways of working consistently

  • Recruit, monitor, train, and onboard new team members within your gym

  • Remain resilient and agile in challenging situations to find effective solutions
  • Manage policies and procedures, including Health & Safety and pool plant operations

Must Have:

  • Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
  • Level 2 qualification in fitness (desirable)
  • At least 1 year of management experience within the fitness industry
