What you will be doing
  • Leading teams responsible for manufacturing world-famous parts and engines in our Civil Aerospace business.
  • Focusing on safety and compliance, ensuring all work follows procedures and standards while fostering a safety-first culture.
  • Driving a zero-defects mindset by reducing risks, improving processes, and enhancing team skills.
  • Leading, developing, and motivating a large team to build a skilled and effective workforce.
  • Optimising cost, delivery, and quality to improve production performance and operational efficiency.
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and streamlining processes to drive excellence.
