What You Will Do

• Independently source, negotiate, and procure materials, components, and services to meet the company's operational needs.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, cost, and delivery performance, ensuring alignment with company policies and ethical standards.
• Conduct cost analysis, track Purchase Price Variance (PPV), and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate procurement data within ERP/MRP systems and generate reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with business objectives and support new product development initiatives.

• Proven experience (3-5 years) in a procurement or buying role, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favourable terms and conditions.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and the Microsoft Office suite, coupled with excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
