The Role
The role of a Marketing Manager at TechPoint is crucial for driving our brand promotion, business growth. You’ll driving marketing campaigns and producing innovative marketing collateral. The role will focus on the management and development of the brand, digital, design, events, collateral for tenders, internal & external communications, PR releases and overall image of our company.

- Undergraduate or Postgraduate Degree within a marketing discipline and/or other creative discipline
- Knowledge of electronics manufacturing
- Brand development experience in multi-site organisations
- Experience developing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Clean driving license with the ability to travel to TechPoint sites when required
Responsibilities
Working closely with the Leadership Team, Sales Team and the centres of excellence Managing Directors, the role will include:
- Assist sales team in developing tendering proposals for significant opportunities that stand out from the crowd. Support sales meetings, sales reviews and support opportunities that require marketing collateral in order to successfully execute proposals.
- New acquisitions brand development and implementation into TechPoint Group.
- Development of a marketing strategy, implementation and review on a regular basis. Part of the strategy will continue to attract prospective clients.
- Supporting TechPoint Group with marketing collateral which supports the specific goals of the market sectors coordinated with the overall marketing strategy.
- Plan and develop marketing campaigns to respond to the marketing strategy. Plans should tie in with the SEO and digital marketing development.
- Lead the on-going development and updating of the website and SEO, including the management of the external consultancies providing the SEO and website service. Ensuring that the business is achieving value for money and that the SEO and website campaigns are monitored for effectiveness and that the business is continuing to grow the digital footprint.
- Monitor and create methods to measure the success of campaigns and collateral.
- Commission and manage the external Creative Marketing Partners – ensuring that the business is achieving good value for money, that the consultancy is innovating on each piece of collateral, that strategy aligns with the business timelines and marketing plans.
- Demonstrate innovation - ensuring marketing collateral can be used across TechPoint Group to promote the company, from client presentations to trade stands to digital media to site appearance.
- Continued analysis of competitor performance and position – reporting changes & analysis to the leadership team.
- Regular reporting on key metrics that assess the effectiveness of the marketing strategy and delivery.
- Advertising, planning and relationship building with the media.
- Managing corporate events, exhibitions, PR releases, interviews, blogs, etc..
- Reviewing and improving internal company spaces to reflect TechPoint brand - offices and factories as a pallet to convey marketing messaging and promote TechPoint brand across the Group.
- Organising and representing TechPoint Group at exhibitions, seminars and networking events.
- Manage client and market research projects.
- Internal marketing – knowledge sharing and support in connection with internal initiatives to support staff engagement (such as the staff newsletter, staff presentations and events).
- Providing monthly marketing updates for inclusion in the board pack.
- Ability to regularly benchmark marketing collateral with external collateral – looking for new ideas and creative solutions.
- Be able to produce to a deadline, with high standards of production and quality.
