ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Manager on the Global Content Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, you'll provide financial and operational decision support to content creation, curation, and delivery teams. Your role involves developing relationships across the organization, delivering insightful analysis, and supporting strategic initiatives for maximum impact. You'll assist with forecasting, long-range planning, and evaluating strategic opportunities, working with international teams to understand global and local content trends.

ABOUT YOU

You're proactive, capable of working independently to identify opportunities and overcome challenges. Comfortable with ambiguity, you prioritize effectively and meet deadlines. You communicate complex financial topics clearly to diverse audiences, including senior leadership. You have strong financial analysis skills, including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and advanced Excel proficiency. You can analyze large or incomplete data sets to extract critical insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with business teams on content deal development, including opportunity assessment, valuation, and financial structuring.
• Implement process improvements and automation to enhance decision-making agility and data-driven insights.
• Translate long-term company goals into strategic financial plans.
• Monitor performance indicators, analyze trends, and investigate variances.
• Develop key metrics for new initiatives and measure their impact.
• Manage and forecast P&L and cash flow.
• Coordinate with international finance teams on global content statements and reviews.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
