Overview

The Campaign & Content Marketing Manager at ProofID is responsible for driving demand generation and brand awareness through strategic marketing campaigns and compelling content. This role is a critical part of the marketing team, ensuring ProofID’s messaging resonates with target audiences, supports lead generation, and drives pipeline growth. The ideal candidate is both a creative storyteller and a data-driven marketer who can develop, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns while producing high-quality content for various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Management & Demand Generation

  • Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, LinkedIn sponsored ads, social) to drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Develop account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to engage key accounts in target vertical markets.
  • Align campaigns with SDRs and sales teams, ensuring a seamless lead handoff process.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

2. Content Marketing & Thought Leadership

  • Develop high-quality blogs, case studies and whitepapers that position ProofID as a thought leader in identity security.
  • Create engaging content for website, social media, and email marketing, ensuring alignment with ProofID’s brand voice.
  • Repurpose long-form content into social media snippets, video scripts, and sales enablement materials.
  • Optimise content for SEO and conversion, working closely with the digital marketing team.

3. Email & Nurture Marketing

  • Develop targeted email marketing sequences to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Manage marketing automation workflows in HubSpot, ensuring the right messages reach the right audience at the right time.
  • Collaborate with SDRs to create follow-up sequences for inbound and event-generated leads.
  • Develop and maintain call scripts, objection handling guides, and outreach messaging for SDRs.
  • Create email templates and sequences for SDR outreach, ensuring consistency in messaging.
  • Work closely with SDRs to refine messaging based on performance and feedback.
  • Provide training and resources to help SDRs improve engagement and conversion rates.

5. Partner & Event Support

  • Support co-marketing initiatives with partners like SailPoint and Ping Identity, aligning messaging and joint campaign efforts.
  • Assist in promoting and driving attendance for webinars, executive roundtables, and industry events.
  • Work with the Field Marketing team to ensure event-generated leads are nurtured effectively.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a tech, cybersecurity, or SaaS environment.
  • Strong background in campaign execution, content marketing, and lead generation.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot (or similar CRM), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation tools.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a clear understanding of B2B buyer journeys.
  • Experience in SEO, LinkedIn advertising, and performance analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced, growing company.
