We’re seeking a dynamic leader for a high-impact interim role at McDonald’s UK & Ireland, focusing on organisational culture, design, and inclusion. You will guide our DEI and corporate reputation strategies while leading transformational projects that enhance organisational performance and foster an inclusive, people-first culture. Collaboration with senior leaders, franchisees, and global teams will be key to embedding strategic HR initiatives and evolving our engagement with communities.

  • Lead the corporate People Business Partnering, Reputation, and Inclusion teams.
  • Drive strategic people initiatives influencing company culture and talent outcomes.
  • Lead our DEI strategy to reflect and celebrate the diverse communities we serve.
  • Embed our global Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across the UK & Ireland.
  • Shape organisational design to support transformation and future ways of working.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and franchisee partners for alignment and impact.
  • Act as a change leader guiding initiatives through transformation, innovation, and growth.
  • Enhance internal capability through team leadership, coaching, and thought partnership.
Qualifications:

  • Confidence operating at the executive level and leading through influence and collaboration.
  • Hands-on attitude with the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.
