We’re looking for a hands-onMarketing Managerto lead and execute our marketing efforts across both online and offline channels. You’ll be responsible for creating and delivering campaigns that raise brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue across our various services and brands. You’ll also manage one direct report and work closely with the leadership team to shape and deliver our marketing strategy.
This is a practical role that involves planning, creating, and executing campaigns, not just managing from a distance. You’ll be rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver marketing plans for our core services and the 4 different brands within the company
- Regularly research the competitive landscape to keep us ahead of the competitor
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns including email marketing and paid advertising
- Build and oversee content calendars, including:
- Blog posts, newsletters, editorials, and social media content
- Manage and optimise the company website, including landing pages and content updates
- Oversee product marketing activities including:
- Product updates, launches, release notes, and supporting content
- Plan, promote, and run events and webinars, including follow-up communications and lead nurturing
- Research awards for the company to enter and manage the award appication
- Identify relevant exhibitions and manage our presence from planning through to setup and follow up post show
- Attend events and exhibitions to represent the brand and build awareness
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient use of spend
- Track and report on campaign performance and marketing ROI
- Line manage and support the development of one direct report
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a B2B marketing management role
- Confident across both digital and traditional marketing channels
- Strong planning, budgeting, and project management skills
- Excellent copywriting and content planning abilities
- Experience with CRM and email marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Trello, WordPress, GA4, AI, social media specifically LinkedIn channels, etc.)
- Comfortable working independently in a part-time role and managing multiple priorities
- Bonus: Experience marketing software or tech products
