I'm looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the team, drive continuous improvement, and help shape a high-performance culture. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role with the autonomy to implement best-in-class maintenance strategies, optimize plant performance, and develop a strong, engaged engineering team. The site features a mix of legacy equipment and the latest technology robotics, so experience managing both is essential.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Building and mentoring a high-performing engineering team.
  • Fostering continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, minimize downtime, and optimize processes.
  • Promoting strong collaboration and open communication across departments.
  • Ensuring reliability and maintenance excellence to keep operations smooth.
  • Supporting sustainability and innovation initiatives to reduce waste and improve energy efficiency.
  • Maintaining a health and safety-first approach to ensure regulatory compliance and team well-being.
What You Need
  • Experience leading an engineering team in FMCG.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, RCM techniques, and CI principles.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and drive cost-effective improvements.
  • A track record of delivering successful engineering projects from concept to completion.
  • Engineering qualification (HND/Degree).
