We are seeking experienced and dedicated Healthcare Assistants with an interactive approach, eager to develop their skills in the complex care sector. Prior complex care experience is advantageous but not essential, as comprehensive clinical training will be provided.
You should be passionate about delivering high-quality care, building positive relationships with service users and their families, and empowering them to live as independently as possible at home.
Meet our service user
Our service user is a sociable woman in her 50s living with her family in Runcorn. She needs support with her complex care needs on a 2:1 basis day and night.
She is friendly, enjoys being active in her community, and loves visiting garden centres, shopping, and going to the cinema.
Your role includes assisting her with hobbies and social activities, providing support with personal care, moving and handling, and meeting her clinical needs during the day. Night support involves personal care, repositioning, clinical observations, and creating a restful environment.
Note: Our service user has specifically requested female staff to work with her team.

Pay rates:
Weekdays: £13.50/hr (~£162 per 12-hour shift)
Weeknights: £14.00/hr (~£168 per 12-hour shift)
Saturday: £14.50/hr (~£174 per 12-hour shift)
Sunday: £15.00/hr (~£180 per 12-hour shift)
Bank holidays: £17.50/hr (~£210 per 12-hour shift)
