Customer Service Advisor

Location: Battersea

Our client is one of the fastest growing companies in the UK in their field. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join the team in their Kingston branch.

Job Purpose: To guarantee their customers an excellent level of service whilst ensuring the highest level of sales for the Company.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to achieving the financial targets of the store.
  • Identify and quantify potential from each customer to increase occupancy and revenue.
  • Respond effectively to the diverse needs of each customer.
  • Ensure the store presents itself to a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures for the benefit of customers and staff.
  • Comply with all company procedures.
