Infersens is an award-winning DeepTech company that provides intelligent water sensors for building water systems, leveraging on-device machine learning to provide unparalleled insights into water flow and temperature.Its patented flagship product CortenseⓇ was launched in early 2024 and enables the optimisation of mandatory Legionella Risk Management activities, saving customers time, money and reducing water wastage.
With more than 1000 sensors now deployed, the company is actively building its sales and customer delivery engine, to achieve exciting and ambitious growth.
At its core Infersens is using its flow sensor technology to provide a reliable water flow monitoring service via a subscription model.A positive customer experience and smooth behind the scenes operations are critical to Infersens’ success.
Thus, the company is looking to strengthen their team with the appointment of a highly motivated Operations Manager to take a key role in coordinating and managing the customer-facing and operational aspects of the business.

Working closely with the senior leadership team, the Operations Manager’s day-to-day responsibilities will be highly varied, including
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a start-up or small business environment. You will need to be able to work independently, flexibly and agile in a fast moving business environment.We have offices in Cambridge, UK and the ability to be present on-site once a week is desirable.Remote working options are available for digital aspects of the work.
The successful candidate must, by the start of their role, have permission to work in the UK.
