Boardroom Advisors is a team of Part-Time, Fractional & Interim CEOs, MDs, NEDs, and real-world Advisors who have scaled businesses. We support Scale-ups and SMEs in achieving success and work-life balance. Our Regional Directors and Advisors are experienced business professionals, ideally having run their own companies and having consulting or advisory experience.

There is no entry or joining fee; this is not a franchise. Directors can run their own region as an Associate, building a team of Advisors, partners, and clients. The role involves business development, sales, marketing, networking, recruitment, team management, and customer service, with a strong emphasis on sales ability. Most Regional Directors work 2-3 days/week alongside their own business, with the goal of transitioning to ownership through an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) or similar within 5-6 years.

This opportunity offers fee sharing instead of franchise fees. You operate as an Associate, managing your own region. The role is suitable for experienced professionals with energy and ideas, particularly in London, East Midlands, and Scotland.

Additional Details

We currently have over 150 senior Advisors across the UK who can serve as part-time Operations, Commercial, or Managing Directors, or Non-Executive Directors. Regional Directors can also be Advisors if desired.
