Company Description

Boardroom Advisors is a team of part-time professionals providing real-world advice to Scale-ups and SMEs. We aim to help our Regional Directors and Advisors achieve a healthy work/life balance.

If you are an experienced business person with a background in running your own company and experience as a Consultant or Board Advisor, we want to hear from you.

There are no entry or joining fees—this is not a franchise. Directors can run their own regions as Associates, building teams of Advisors, partners, and clients.

Key qualities include energy, ideas, and strong business development and sales skills. The role is flexible—most Regional Directors work 2-3 days/week alongside their own business. The goal is for the business to be owned by the senior people in 5-6 years, possibly via an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT).

This role resembles a franchise but involves fee sharing instead of franchise fees. You will operate as an Associate, managing your region with responsibilities in business development, sales, marketing, networking, recruitment, team management, and customer service—selling skills are essential.

Job Description

We have over 150 senior Advisors across the UK capable of acting as part-time Operations, Commercial, or Managing Directors, or Non-Executive Directors. Regional Directors may also serve as Advisors if desired.
