Outline of the role

The Retail Apprenticeship involves working full-time in our store, assisting with customer service and learning about retail operations. It's a fast-paced, fun environment that prepares you for future challenges. We value our Sales Assistants highly and offer career development supported by in-house training.

Duties include:

• Demonstrating exceptional customer service
• Understanding the business and maintaining brand reputation
• Promoting products and highlighting offers
• Supporting promotions and stock rotation

Training will be in-store over the first 12 months, with no college days or homework. At the end, you'll review your experience, complete a multiple-choice test, and an observation to achieve a Level 2 Retailer Apprenticeship.
