The role
Salesfire is looking for an Office & Front Desk Assistant to help drive a positive workplace environment at our Middlesbrough HQ. This role goes beyond front-desk responsibilities and will involve shaping the workspace itself – supporting interior updates, maintaining facilities, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office on a daily basis.
You’ll be the key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, working across departments to deliver a well-organised, inviting, and productive office environment that aligns with our company culture and goals.
The part you’ll play
Office Management & Facilities
- Coordinate and support office improvements and interior updates in collaboration with the brand team.
- Act as point of contact for contractors, suppliers, and building management.
- Monitor office supplies and handle inventory management and procurement.
- Oversee health and safety compliance, including conducting routine checks.
Administrative & Reception Support
- Greet visitors and ensure a positive first impression of Salesfire.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, courier services, and general admin tasks.
- Book transport, accommodation, and manage meeting room schedules.
- Support teams with company events and staff engagement initiatives.
- Maintain security procedures for visitors and staff access.
People & Culture Support
- Assist with onboarding preparation (desks, IT setup, welcome packs).
- Contribute to building a vibrant office culture, including support for monthly events and well-being initiatives.
