Working in a complex and high-profile environment, Strategic Estates combines conservation with innovation to deliver a wide range of refurbishment and construction projects that support the work of Parliament.
The Role
As an Assistant Project Leader, you will be responsible for managing individual projects or workstreams valued between £50,000 and £2.5 million, contributing to the successful delivery of the Parliamentary Estate's capital investment programme. You will work closely with project stakeholders across both Houses, consultants, and contractors, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
