We currently have an opportunity for a
Governance Partner to join our team to provide an efficient and effective governance support service.
About the roleThe successful candidate will get the opportunity to help our Board and Committees play their role in delivering our wider People First Strategy and Corporate Plan.
- Provide end to end Board and Committee support services
- Support the Governance Manager with the completion of regulatory returns
- To review and keep up to date the business continuity framework
- Support key Governance projects
About youWe are looking for:
- Experience of supporting board meetings - including agenda setting, minuting meetings and the annual governance cycle
- Experience in other governance matters such as compliance with legal requirements for modern slavery and anti-bribery
- Experience of regulatory compliance and completion of regulatory returns
- Excellent organisation skills
- An excellent communicator with experience of working with Non-Executive Directors, Executive Directors and other senior managers
- Attention to detail
- Proven IT skills
