The Opportunity
There is now an exciting opportunity to join our Trafford site as a Shift Manager. This position offers the chance to oversee the Noodles Department and own the on-shift decision making. You will be responsible for operational performance, Health and Safety, Food Safety, and quality, collaborating with Planning, Engineering, and Warehouse Teams. You should be passionate about delivering results and capable of leading, motivating, and coaching others.
We are seeking a candidate who is a natural leader, able to engage and motivate a team while setting clear standards for Health & Safety, quality, and Food Safety. You should be a proven problem solver with a track record of driving efficiency and achieving savings through continuous improvement in a food manufacturing environment. Ownership, initiative, and willingness to go the extra mile to resolve issues are essential.
