What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, or senior hospitality management roles
• Preferred agency recruitment experience, especially in hospitality, retail, or service sectors
• Experience in developing new business leads, negotiating contracts, and creating recruitment solutions
• Ability to manage established accounts and support client needs
• Capacity to handle a large database and high volume of inquiries and applications
