Job Description:

Location: Hybrid working with weekly visits to Arqiva offices

Total Package:

• Up to £90k depending on experience

Role Purpose:

To deliver revenue aligned with programme expectations and ensure a positive customer experience during programme delivery, meeting all KPIs and customer satisfaction scores.

The role:

• Lead and manage internal and external installation teams to deliver smart meter installation projects on time, within budget, and safely.
• Oversee contract implementation, monitor performance, ensure compliance, and maintain documentation.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and advise management on contractual matters.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and suggest process improvements.
• Stay updated on industry practices, legal developments, and technology trends.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and manage deployment plans and post-installation issues.
• Coordinate forecasts and orders with manufacturers.
• Align deployment processes across teams and report performance to stakeholders.
• Manage contracts and ensure quality standards for installations.

The person:

• Knowledge of utilities market and smart metering technologies.
• Experience in high-value contract management, preferably in water utilities.
• Proven leadership in overseeing installation teams and contractors.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading multiple workstreams and stakeholder engagement.
