A leading membership organization is seeking a Key Account Executive to manage key accounts and enhance member value. The role involves building strong relationships, aligning services with business goals, and ensuring high member satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in relationship management and excellent communication skills.
East Midlands Chamber (Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire) is a well-respected and award-winning membership, representation, and business support organization that aims to enhance businesses and communities in the three cities and three counties. With more than 4,100 members and working with 12,000 businesses each year, we have established a reputation as the voice of the region's business community.
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Location: Chesterfield, Derby, Leicester, or Nottingham with agile working; additional travel required
Contract: Permanent, full-time (35 hours per week)

As a Key Account Executive, you will ensure Chamber members receive exceptional value from their membership. You will manage a portfolio of key accounts by strategically aligning their goals with ours to achieve an outstanding customer experience. Building, maintaining, and strengthening business relationships with the portfolio of key accounts, while ensuring high levels of engagement, satisfaction, and retention, is essential.
