This full-scope Architect role at Cardiff Head Office is with an award-winning RIBA Chartered practice. This design and build practice offers clients a comprehensive package including Architecture, Construction, and Interior Design.

You will like

The Senior Architect position involves joining a practice dedicated to providing exceptional service across the UK, with a focus on London and the South West. The core projects include conversions, extensions, renovations, and new builds, leading to significant new business for the coming years.

As an experienced Senior Architect, you will:

• Focus on high-end residential and some commercial projects.
• Conduct measured surveys and client design sessions.
• Meet clients face-to-face and present detailed design packages confidently.
• Prepare planning applications and liaise with consultants and contractors.

You will have

RIBA certification and a minimum of 5 years' experience in residential and commercial projects. You will need to use initiative and be ready to contribute immediately to this successful team.
